Hi all Visa journey family,

My husband and I had our interview for my AOS on April 2nd, 2013 at 1.00 pm. Our interview took place at the Federal building in Downtown LA.

We waited to be called for an interview around an hour fifteen minutes and our actual interview last about 10 minutes. The lady officer was very very nice. I got approved right away. The officer trade my EAD card with an AOS approval letter on that day.

A few days later, I received the mail from the USCIS said congratulation and said that I should receive a green card within 3 weeks. But the green card arrived today. A week after an interview. The USCIS works FAST.

Tips: I did not hire a lawyer for this process only did research on Internet and VISA JOURNEY helped me made this happened, Thank you so much. Before mailing the AOS package, I made sure to find and prepare every thing the USCIS ask for then mail them.

The USCIS works pretty fast and very professional. Every appointment with the Government, I tried to dress professionally just to respect the Authority.

NOTE: I entered the US on October 19th, 2012. Mailed AOS to USCIS on December 23rd, 2012. AOS interviewed on April 2nd, 2013 and Received a green card on April 10th, 2013. It took me about 6 months to become a permanent resident.

Now I have a year and nine months before the next process!!!
