Interview for the petitioner?

Closest USCIS office, or closest service center (vermont, nebraska, etc)?

Your information is somewhat confusing the reason I am saying this is the process. I am going through the I-130 visa process I think is the same thing. NOA1 March 19,2013 transfered to Nebraska 11/5/2013 NOA2 12/23/2013 sent to NVC 12/26/2013 next step wait for new case number and IMI number. Then pay fee AOS and DS-260 and summit these documents also DS-261 then send originals document to NVC who will then forward them to consulate for interview to be setup. It look like you are saying you got NOA2 and then interview date?
