Bummer, but hard to say, until you get the actual RFE, you won't know. Could be as simple as a missing signature, or a line that wasn't filled in on one of the forms, etc. Your submission sure looks complete, so hopefully it's something simple like that.

- Copy of Biological page

That may be the problem. :P

Seriously, I agree with Mogambi, it's hard to guess. Your medical documents may have been lost also... Was your birth certificate in english? If not, have you sent a certified translation of it? Not sure why you sent 2 G-325A also, only one was needed, but if it was properly filled in, it should not be the reason for a RFE.

Most of the time, the RFE is linked to the affidavit of support...

The RFE may also be for your EAD/AP applications...

When you get the letter, let us know!

Just my thoughts, but does your income met the guidelines without counting child support?

i'm thinking it could be for his EAD/AP. maybe because i didn't include a supporting document for AP. but per USCIS website it is for I-485.

There were some additional documents to include with your EAD and AP applications, even if they were already needed for the I-485. Have you included 2 other pics for EAD? 2 more for AP? Some additional copies of his passport/visa?

See this link: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/235331-aos-ead-ap-from-k1-the-aussie-way-doc-list-included/

Even if you sent those applications in the same packet, they have to be prepared like separate applications with their own required documents.

well, ya won't know till ya get the postal letter,

but

3 weeks after sending, you get RFE? That's very fast ! Might even be a good sign, also !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

It might mean they ordered your medical file (turned in at POE) out of storage to match up with your AOS file and got word it can't be found. So they could be asking you to do the full medical over so they can send it on to the USCIS adjudicators with your application. You really don't know until you get the letter. Update this thread when you find out.
