Timeline

Your timeline shows a K-3, but the lone 130 would be a CR-1 path ???

Either way.. sit back and relax you are looking at a MINIMUM of 4-5 months. After two months I would suggest you call USCIS and inquire about your file since it will most likely be sent to your local office for processing.

You can also use the wait for NOA2 to prepare for the next step (NVC) by gathering all the documents. Read this thread here http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/422214-nvc-filers-april-2013/ the first two posts have all the information on what happens and what is needed at the NVC stage. Good luck and happy waiting :) Wishing you a speedy journey and a lot of patience :)
