wow thats quick.. we been waiting now for 5months.. thanks i hope we get our noa2 also this month.. are you under nbc also?

MSC but was transferred to my local office my I130 took 75 days the I129f took 62 days both got approved same week I130 then I129f but only the I130 was forwarded to the NVC.

Moved from CR-1 to K-3 forums as OP is asking about K-3. K-3 is generally not approved anymore and closed at the NVC. Your case is taking a very long time because of this.

Yes I've heard that the I29f is no good when you already filed for I-130.. gudluck for both of us

my husband apply k3 April 16 2013 but till now I did not receive official receipt......

Well you haven't applied for a K3 Visa yet. What are you needing receipt of the I-130? have you sent in the I-120F yet?

Tell your husband to call the uscis because ours is when my husband filed the I-130 then after 3or5 days he received that they already accept our papers then my husband filed the i29f then within a week he received the i797..

I need official receipt my husband call today said wait 19 of may...if I did not receive my husband call again...thank you for info..

ok.. because my husband filed the i29f so they only gave us one receipt

You should have an NOA1 for both the I-130 and the I-129f. They each will have their own receipt number. You do not need the official piece of paper, the email works fine.

If you only got a receipt for I-129F then thats all he filed. To be eligible for K3 you have to be married and first file I-130 than after you get receipt of that you file the I-129F.

yes i'm married my husband file only I-130....

Than if he only filed I-130 you will only be eligibe for the IR1/CR1. he didn't file for a K3. Sorry.

And why do you need the receipt notice? Hasn't he just told you what the receipt # is by now. The receipt notive )NOA1) would be goign to the petitioners address not you.
