hello, i'm just anxious to know, Has anyone gone for their medicals recently in Nigeria?, what does it really entail and what questions do they ask?, do they suggest you test for HIV or you could request if you want it done?.Thanks in advance for helpful opinions.

No packet is sent for the medical. Just have your spouse take the interview letter to one of the two clinics mentioned in the link dwheels posted about 2-3 weeks before the interview. Remind him NOT to open the package they give him after the medical. This he will take to the interview with him.
