That's not the new rule. The new rule requires the title be identical. Go read penguin's post.

sorry - it's the Senate that has the 'amendment frenzy' at the moment.

The whole thing is laughable, at the moment, because of the 'concensus' gained by offering up 'as many amendments as you want' to the GOP in the Senate.

The bill should have been written to stand on it's own, before getting voted on.

Screw this 'trading of favours' ####### that's going on with the bill, at the moment.

Question for the gun people - when purchasing one, do you have to pass any kind of test to prove that you know how to actually use the thing?
