My wife has american citizenship and currently she is filling out the I-130 form for me on the computer using adobe and we have some questions if you can please answer them for us. We really need help filling out this form properly so i do not get rejected or an RFE. if anyone came across these problems also and you solved them and USCIS accepted your petition, please help me!!!!!

1. I have two middle names and I-130 and G-325A forms do not allow me enough space to type both of my middle names, what should I do?

2. in the instructions for I-130 it says do not leave any answers blank and answer everything even if you have to put None or N/A. some places on the forms do not apply to me so I have to write None, however, the format of the adobe will not allow me to write anything but numbers so its impossible to write None or N/A. what can I do about this, can I write this by hand with a pen and have the rest of the form typed on the computer?

3. there are places on the form where I have to write “present” because I currently live or work there, but the form does not allow me to type anything but a date and I do not want to write today’s date and USCIS think I stopped living here today, what can I do about this? Can I also hand write that part too?

4. does USCIS need a copy of all the pages in my wife’s passport or just the two information pages with her name, picture and other information?

5. the G-1145 electronic notification form has like 75% of the form as instructions and 25% of the page is the actual form to fill out. Do we have to send the entire paper or can we just cut off the form from the bottom and send that part?

6. there is a place on I-130 form where my wife has to sign and date and include her phone number. There is not enough space to type her egyptian mobile number, can she write that part by hand using a pen?

7. on the G-325A form there is a section where we sign our names and put the date. We can not type the full date in adobe, is it ok to write the date with a pen and the rest of the form on the computer?

8. do we have to type the entire form or hand write the entire form or can we type and hand write the form at the same time (hand write the things adobe will not let us type)?

1, write it by hand

2, write it by hand

3, write it by hand

4, all pages

5, the whole form

6, write it by hand

7, write it by hand

8, it can be filled out on the computer then printed and the rest put in by hand that wouldn't fit.

For the fields that do not let you type what you want, turning off JavaScript in Adobe Reader will do the trick.

Thanks sooo much for this, it solved our date and N/A none problems :)

Another question if you dont mind:

We are making a continuation sheet for our addresses because we cant fit the whole street number and street name in the form boxes. Would we write "see attachment" on the form only and then write the full address on the continuation sheet, or write "see attachment" on the form in the street number and street space and write the city and country in the correct spaces on the form, or write what we can fit of our address in the street and number space and then write the full address on the continuation sheet (don't write "see attachment" at all) and assume they know there is an attachment sheet because we listed it in our table of contents? Also I have two middle names and only one can fit in the typed box in the form. Should I write both of my middle names by hand, or write one and then write the full name in the continuation sheet? I cannot write "see attachment" in the middle name space there is not enough room. Do you think the people at USCIS would understand to look at the continuation sheet seeing as I listed it in the table of contents? Thanks!
