AOS (Affidavit of Support) I-864/A/W/EZ for CR-1

Greetings everyone! I hope your petitions are doing great!

My wife is currently undergoing her medical exam because our interview is set for next week, Thursday. We are not concerned about the AOS.

Me and my wife just graduated medical school last May, 2012; We passed the Physician Licensure Exam last August, 2012 and got married a month later, September, 2012.

We have been doing part-time jobs at the medical school as teachers for the past 5 months. We are not full-time employees with salaries. We get called only when needed (once every week or 2 weeks) and get paid per hour. We have received a few checks as payment for the work.

I (petitioner) have lived here in the Philippines for most of my life. My childhood, elementary, high school, college, graduate and medical school were all done here. I have never worked in the U.S., nor have I filed any income tax return in the States.

My parents primarily support me, and have built up my assets. I'm sure I have filed at least one income tax return here in Manila. There are also laws set in place to avoid double taxation for dual citizens (Republic Act 8424). Under a 1976 treaty between the U.S. and PH, taxes paid in the Philippines may be credited in the United States and vice versa.

My parents are both green card holders, and most of my relatives are now based in the U.S.

I have a few questions that I hope you guys can help me out with.

1.) Which form/s do I need to fill up (It seems like I'm qualified for the EZ)?

2.) If one of my parents or relatives in the U.S. will help me with the AOS, which form will they use?

3.) Because I have no ITR in the U.S., I should present ITRs that are filed in the Philippines (most recent, 1 year) right?

4.) Should co/joint sponsor (mom/dad/uncle) should also present their ITRs?

Thank you so much for helping! Thank you thank you! ^__^

Oops! I seem to have mistyped some stuff.

"My wife is currently undergoing her medical exam because our interview is set for next week, Thursday. We are not concerned about the AOS."

should be

My wife is currently undergoing her medical exam because HER interview is set for next week, Thursday. I are NOW concerned about the AOS.

-------

I-130 was accepted a month ago.

This website: https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=o/iS8zDpeAKjMWCuebHqOw==

indicated that she was ready for her interview. She called and set her interview date for April 18.

The only thing left to do is finish the medical, complete the AOS, and secure a police clearance on top of the NBI clearance which we got months ago.

-------

I also said "I (petitioner)"., but I failed to qualify that I am a dual citizen. I have an American and Filipino passport. I should have stated that before I started talking about dual citizenship.

Thanks for the reply! I hope anyone can help.
