Sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn't. A child's personality is very complex. That's why you can get completely different siblings from one household. Strict/moral parents can raise an "A student" and then turn around and raise a junkie. Environment, friends, genes, and many other variables go into overall children's personalities and behaviors.

I know but you got to agree we as society now days we are headed towards a path where children are not afraid of their parents or elders and same time parents are not aware of what their kids are doing.

I don't think you read my posts about guns. If you did, you would see that I am not against them. I am not against legal, responsible, competent people owning guns. What I don't approve of is how easy it is for the people who aren't legal, responsible or competent to acquire them. And a lot of them.

It took me longer to adopt a kitten from the humane society than it would have taken for me to get a gun. That's bizarre.
