IR5 Petition December 2012 FIler

Hi All - I just wanted to give an update on my mom's petition filed last December 2012. I just got the case number today over the phone from an NVC agent. I was wondering if I should email the DS3032 now? I gave my mom's email address to the agent and they already have mine. Thoughts anyone?

Below is my timeline so far:

December 15, 2013 – Sent I-130

December 18, 2013 – USCIS Received I-130

March 13, 2013 – Received RFE letter

March 14, 2013 – Sent Reply to RFE letter

March 20, 2013 – NBC received my Response to RFE

March 21, 2013 – NOA2 (Approval from USCIS)

April 9, 2013 – Got the Case Number over the phone from NVC agent.

XXX – Emailed DS3032 to NVC

XXX – Paid AOS fee bill online to NVC

XXX – Sent AOS (I-864)and supporting docs

XXX – Paid IV bill online to NVC and printed Cover sheet

XXX – Mailed DS 230 and supporting docs

XXX – Medical Appointment

XXX – Embassy Interview

XXX – Received Visa on hand

Hi Marla... we are somewhat the same time we filed for our Mother's petition. I filed mine last December 12, 2012 I got approved on March 1, 2013, got my case # on april 2, 2013 and I got an email from NVC regarding about the AOS fee and DS3032 on April 5, 2013 and after I paid my AOS I printed out the barcode and sent the AOS documents to NVC the next morning. I also sent The DS3032 thru my mom's email on the day I had the email from NVC on the 5th of April. Now I am waiting for my IV fee to be ready for payment.

Beth - Thanks for the reply. I sent the DS3032 thru email today. Hoping to be able to pay the AOS fee soon. I have the supporting documents ready. Quick question, on the I-864 form #6 Aliane Registration Number: Did you leave this blank? Or did NVC assigned you a number thru email? Please keep in touch on your progress and I'll do the same.

employment letter

last 6 months paystubs

2012 copy of tax return and w2s

2011 copy of tax return and w2s

2010 copy of tax return and w2s

Just waiting now for the Bar Code Cover sheet.

Just got an email from NVC. Sounds like my petition for my mom is now eligible for further processing. Payment for $88 is now available in the payment portal.

you and marla are both fortunate to get an approval in such a short time and happy for both of you.

my noa1 for IR5 petition was dated Dec 17, 2012 and till now there's no decision yet. just like to know if you made some follow ups on uscis customer service to get an approval so fast. hope you could also share. thanks!

Hey I think its just a luck of an Irish:) to be honest. Is your petition went to NBC? If it did, NBC has a faster flowchart for IR5 I think. I am waiting for my IV fee online to be available for payment other than that things are going fast...so far so good.......crossing my fingers:) good luck to you and keep us posted.

yes i think it's with NBC since we've got a receipt number that starts with MSC. hoping we've got an approval soon. goodluck to you as well
