According to the graph on Igor's List, there's slightly more approved for December than for September even. Maybe they lost those earlier ones in the flood.

lol ur comment is very encouraging....Maybe they lost those earlier ones in the flood.

Bureaucrats run so much of your life (air transport, food inspection, highway repair among thousands) I wouldn't get too concerned about it.

Think about this... This agency is run by the same bureaucrats who will soon be running our healthcare system in this country! Things are looking up!

This is really insane, I mean, I am really happy for those who got approved, but when I called them, they said they are still working in July/August , I was told to wait next 2 months. That does not make any sense to me. I am October filler and there are already December got approved?

from December to April? 4months approval? maybe those were expedite? :P we'll let's not lose hope. we will receive our NOA2 soon!!!!!

At least two of the four have posted here saying they were NOT expedited and did not do anything special and were quite surprised by the fast approvals.

I really don't know what to think about the December approvals ... other than the possibility with the flooding ("plumbing issues") if they moved stacks of applications around in a hurry to prevent damage, then it's possible that some officer simply grabbed the topmost stack, or that the files are now completely chaotically arranged?

Not that there can be anything more chaotic than CSC already was!

I think they just want to achieve their 7.5 months average. That´s why they throw in some more recent filers. It gets them closer to that goal in a short amount of time instead of just going ahead processing the old cases in correct order. Not saying that is ok or even fair. It´s all "cosmetics" to make the numbers look better.

Agreed. Call me a conspiricist but I agree that the reason we are seeing more and more dec filers approved is so they can balance out their averages for their regulator or ombusman. Lucky for those guys I guess. And outrageous for those on 7,8,9 months since NOA1

Totally! I mean, it´s ok for a corporation to have that kind of a businessy approach, but a government agency??? :wow:

"USCIS Transfers Workload from California Service Center to Texas Service Center, USCIS press release announcing that on 3/8/13, USCIS transferred some casework from California Service Center to Texas Service Center to balance overall workload with processing capacity at the centers related to DACA and Form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization. AILA Doc. No. 13031245."

I am praying this does not mean all the July/August/Sept files were transferred to Texas where 2 years ago the average wait time was 1 year for those files that were transferred. A true black hole in USCIS.

Just when you think CSC couldn't do anything more unpredictable they jump to Nov. & Dec. filers??????? This obviously is not just a couple people, you got to figure at least 10 others for every approval we see on VJ. I hope it's just some new guy they gave a stack of cases to, otherwise this has got to be CSC making their averages look better.

NOA1 - 8/24/2012

NOA2 - 3/18/2013 Only took 207 days at CSC
