I-134 question

Shortly after we received the NOA 2, I sent my faincee a signed I-134 with the supporting documents. Today she received Packet 3, and they included the I-134 to be filled out, with a bar code at the bottom. What I filled out and sent to her has no barcode...

Is this important? Tell me that she doesn't have to send me this SPECIFIC I-134 to fill out and sign and send back to her??

No, there is no specific form, the one you sent will be fine. Packet 3 contains one as a standard item, telling beneficiary that one is needed from petitioner, you are ahead of the curve, and are fine.
