igor's lost VS historical processing times

i noticed that the dates of latest NOA2s and processing times are different with igor's list and K-1 historical processing time charts.

as of today for example, igor's list states its latest approval with an NOA1 date on july 20 and NOA2 on april 8th. whilst the historical graphs state NOA1 august 30th and NOA2 april 7th.

why is there a difference in the dates and which data collection is more significant? why do igor's list updates not show up in the graph and vice versa?

i'd appreciate it, if somebody could explain this to me.

Hello and thank you for the feedback. You are comparing a single timeline from Igor's list to the historical graphs which use a statistical average of many timelines. Any given timeline will have difference and in some cases large ones. We take a large number, remove the outliers and present the historical graphs. Again they are averages which is why any single timeline may be different.
