We moved to a new house on August, 2006 so what we did, sent and called USCIS for the change of address, and we got confirmation by mail last Sept 12,2006. After a month, we received email that it was approved and very excited waiting for the mail. But after 2 weeks we received again email that they sent back the approved petition to USCIS. Grrrrrrrrr. We called but they couldnt give us an exact answer and that we just have to wait for 45 days, if 45 days passed we should try calling them back again...THIS IS CRAZY....i really dont know what's with their system. So for you guys, if you're planning to move, I suggest, you might as well wait for any application you applied to be approved first....GOOD LUCK...

When I first met YOU, I was afraid to talk to YOU and when I first talked to YOU I was afraid to like YOU. When I began to like YOU, I was afraid to love YOU. And now that I LOVE YOU, I am afraid to lose YOU...

If you just sent in the AR-11 Form in to London, KY, you have to understand that it does not change the address on your applications. You have to send in the AR-11 to any office that is processing an application for you.

Use the search function with the word 'overkill' and you'll see what needs to be done. USCIS does not respond to address changes very well and you need to be determined to get things straight.
