Checklist for police certificates received

Hi all,

I sent my I864 and DS230 together to NVC, after 2 weeks, I got a checklist asking for police certificates (the checklist is required for the police certificate application).

My question is if it's most likely I wont receive RFEs and my application is leading to an interview successfully? Because I'm guessing if there is any missing docs for my application, NVC would send the RFEs along with this checklist.

Thanks!

all are originals you will send them but you will get them back at the embassy when they have their interview.

good luck!

for a pcc for singapura, this nvc checklist is needed.

as to not holding up the doc intake at NVC, is possible, but you should (at least) email NVC and let them know you will have the PCC from Singapura ready for the interview and that you needed their checklist to start the request.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

The checklist I got is exactly the thing I need to apply for police certificate. This is a checklist I was expecting. I just wonder if its a good sign my application won't get RFEs as I sent I864 and DS230 together. I assume RFEs would be emailed along with this checklist if there is any.

expect a checklist letter response on the PCC from Singapura. (you call it an RFE, I call it a checklist letter)

You'll have to notice the NVC that you'll have it for the interview.

The PCC checklist has to do with your IV packet, so it's safe to say that you won't be receiving any other checklists with regards to your IV packet. You could still receive one for your AOS packet since both packets are reviewed by different departments.

The best way to check is to call NVC and ask them if your AOS packet has been accepted, they will let you know. Don't freak out if they tell you they haven't received it, it won't show up in their system as received until they actually review it.
