Unknowingly didn't declare arrest on previous visa application

Hi

I'm in the process of applying for a work visa. I had a J1 visa in 2010. On the DS-160 for the J1 visa, I answered 'No' for any arrests.

After recently seeking legal advice, it turns out an incident in 2008 actually qualifies as an arrest. I was held overnight at a police station after been found asleep, drunk on the street. I was released without conviction or prosecution. I didn't believe this qualified as an arrest because I was told I was brought in for my safety.

I have since gotten official documentation to prove I have no convictions/prosecutions; and the official arrest record.

Does anyone know if this will be a problem?
