Missed phone call from Embassy

Hi Everyone

As My husband is on AP since last September 2011. On Friday April 5th, My husband missed a call from embassy. He was not near his phone. When he looked, he had three miss calls from US embassy Islamabad. He tried calling back but no one picks up the phone. Then he called at regular embassy number which has a recording that they will not be able to talk on phone. We e-mailed them and they just sent an automatic response.

He knows that number is from embassy because they have called him from that number before.

Does anyone ever missed a call from embassy? and do they call back? Because we thought they will call back Monday but they never did.

Any response will be appreciated.

hay what was the number was a local number or a cell phone number

Yes it was a Pakistan's Mobile number. My husband said he received calls from embassy, from the same number before too. You cannot call them back at that number. They never called him back thoug.

Yes the number is very close. He said his was 03085553073. I think they might have all series of numbers.

i recieved a call on the 11th of april and then i recived an email the very next 30 mint. please check your email and today i recived a letter in mail postal service. let me know.

They never called him back. They asked for a document a week before so I think they might have received it so they never called back.
