Hello everyone,

We are getting ready to send in our I-751 this week. This is the list of the documents we are submitting:

1. I 751, signed

2. Green card, front and back

3. Drivers licenses, both have the same address

4. Taxes from 2011 and 2012. We only have a transcript for 2011, for 2012 we will have to send in the full report

5. Car insurance for 2011, 2012 and current. An official letter from the car insurance.

6. Bank statements from 3 saving accounts and 1 credit card. All accounts have an official letter from the bank stating when we were added to each other’s account and that we are actively using them. For each account, I am submitting 10 bank statements.

7. Apartment leases (2)

8. Copies of husband’s passport, visa and ticket when he came to visit my family for 3 weeks last summer. Also, trip to NYC, receipt from hotel.

9. Best buy statements

10. My husband is in school. So, I am his emergency contact.

11. Family cards, emails to each other and photos.

I was gone for almost a year to my home country due to my father’s illness that led to his death. I am also attaching my father’s death certificate and my mother’s statements from a doctor (she has been seriously ill). My husband came for a visit last summer but could not stay for a longer period because he is a graduate student. I am also attaching evidence that he was enrolled in school for summer and fall 2012.

Let me know if I am missing anything!

Thanks.
