Good morning,

I recently had a friend who is in the Peacecorps and married a wonderful man in Africa. Since she hasnt been working in the United states for the past two years, she would need someone to co-sponsor her. My question is, can someone sponsor her and her husband if they already sponsored for someone else who petitioned here within the last year. Please let me know, thanks in advance

As long as you meet the income requirements for the previous immigrant, your family and the new one you can sponsor.

Yes, it is possible. But the person has to meet the income requirements for their family, the previously sponsored person, and your friend's husband... Good luck!
