Hey Everyone!

Well Lucas and I turned in our AOS paperwork in September and we just got a USCIS letter dated November 5 that our petition was approved and we will receive the card in the mail after 3 weeks. We never were scheduled for an interview! Is that normal? Does this mean that Lucas is free to travel and work???? and then before our 2 years is up we file to remove the conditions? Thanks! Thanks! Thanks! :unsure:

07/25/06 Biometrics appointment (28 days after receiving application)

09/15/06 Touched (80 days)

09/18/06 CRIS email notification of EAD APPROVAL on 9/15 (80 days)

09/19/06 EAD card in mail (84 days)
