Well I am getting a dissolution of marriage and I already have my 10 year GC. Can a dissolution of dissolution of marriage have any adverse effect on my residence vs a normal divorce? not sure if one for example may say that I agree to never have been legally married to my ex-wife, and in theory this could eliminate my 10 year GC. Is possible?

A dissolution of marriage is a divorce. An annulment is something completely different and a very rare thing in modern America.

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

thanks for the info. I was referring about An annulment, I think. I read in forum here a wife trying to win that to make his ex hasband lose his permanent GC. wasn't sure about the right word.

Are you sure you're getting an annulment and not a summary dissolution of marriage? Summary dissolutions are, in California, pretty much identical to a divorce but are a little less complicated. Annulments are not that easy to obtain compared to a divorce or especially a summary dissolution.
