and its said this

Post Decision Activity

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

What does that Mean ????

I looked at your timeline, and your I-130 was approved a long time ago and you state you had an interview on Tuesday. Also, unless it says "approved" on the Decision Activity page, it doesn't mean approval necessarily. My status post decision page said "approved" specifically.

It's not an approval or denial, It said this when my k-1 was in "review". Is this the petitioner or beneficiary posting? It was my understanding from your past posts that the consulate said they would contact you .

I would stick to contact with the consulate and Department of State not the USCIS my case was never updated even after my husband was home. USCIS does not play a role for you right now the case is at the consulate if anything call DOS and confirm his visa application is on local AP. try to be patient they will call when they are done, it took my hubby 62 days.

destiny64 thx for the response, im the petitioner and yes they said they would call my husband to pick up his visa but 10 months or 6 months is a long time for AP,, hearing all those stories made me freak out .

Thanks MIBEN i've already been hear since SEPT 2012 and 62 days sounds like forever well i guess im gonna have to wait more .

Look at it this way, at least you are with him while you are waiting . Sometimes your posts are confusing and it seems like its your husband posting instead of you.

Yeah i guess you are right,, im sorry for the confusion thing sometimes i type outta anger and i don't pay attention Lol it's funny my husband corrects me sometimes when it comes to typing my own mother tongue
