Preparing my IV package:

Just wanted to make sure we need to send original and photocopy of :

marriage certificate

passport copy of petitioner

2 passport sized photo ( name and case Number of back)

Birth certificate of Petitioner

Police Certificate is not required.

Print out of IV form with bar code

Is there anything that I am missing?

Any help is appreciated

When you say petitioner you mean beneficiary? Because you have to send passport copy and BC of beneficiary!

NOA1 hard copy: never received due to address error

Yes, I meant beneficiary...was a bit stressed while typing lol

I send it already I hope everything was right....

I wrote case number back of each documents, but I wrote on top left side is that okay?

You have to send:

IV fee barcode cover sheet

Marriage Cert (Original or certified copy)

Original Birth certificate (Beneficiary & Petitioner)

Police certificate (Beneficiary- Original or certified copy) - Any place lived for more than 6months or thereabout

International passport copy (Beneficiary & Petitioner)

2 x Passport photos (Name and case #- Beneficiary)

Add on if i missed any guys.

Now that you have choice of agent, does that mean things will start rolling smoothly, faster or of what advantage is having one?

I'm expecting to have one assigned on Monday.

If you have error in your DS261 sent, just let them know and complete another one.

No I don't have any error I make only edit and send the same for second time I call them but they don't have on the system yet. I can't access my bill. The message show me. My application at this time is on the process of termination. What this means?

I have send in my IV package ...

but my sponsor is taking a long time to get me the 864 documents...so I am no way near to completing that package and its been 2 weeks :(

I have yet to fill Ds-260 as well :(
