I paid my IV fees and AOS fees.

Where do I file the DS-260, online or paper form?

I am confused.... sad.png

Online. You need your case number and invoice number to access DS-260 online.

I did log in here but I do not see the DS-260 form there...Is it because the payment for IV is in process?

Hi hope2014 ... That's right ... you need wait the IV fee is shows as paid on the website for you can fill up the DS-260 ... rolleyes.gif

Yes it means they are requesting further information not completed on your forms.

Not to worry most of us are getting them these days !!!!!

Hi tebessum!! Welcome to the club! It means you have to correct or add something in the AOS you had already sent. Read the attached instruccions carefully and response ASAP!! It will take another 4 to 6 weeks for them to approve your AOS.

Could be a false checklist. Call NVC and verify what the checklist is about. Or post the entire checklist email here (block out the personal info).
