I have paid the fee of $88 , however, I do not have my documents ready for that.

So I am sending my civil documents with the Cover sheet available its the AOS one . Is that okay?

I called and the representative said its fine, but just making sure :)

I dont think it is a good idea. AOS coversheet is for AOS docs like i864, itr and w2. It is not intended for civil docs. Just my thought though.

I have paid the fee of $88 , however, I do not have my documents ready for that.

You just paid AOS fee of $88, so all you need do now is to print the AOS barcode cover sheet then add docs like I-864 form, IRS transcript/1040 form & W2, 6months pay stubs, employment letter etc.

You don't send in civil document until you've paid the IV fee of $230 per beneficiary, you then print IV barcode cover sheet to send with it.

I-130 Track:

May 20, 2013: I-130 Sent

May 22, 2013: Priority Date

May 28, 2013: NOA1 Received

Aug 08, 2013: NOA2 Approved

Aug 12, 2013: NOA2 Hard copy received

NVC Track:

Aug 26, 2013: NVC received file

I was informed today by the NVC lady that my case got completed on Sept 13. They didn't send me an official email yet - not sure if they send everyone or not?

I think all countries will eventually have electronic processing, but right now Pakistan does not have it.

For countries who have electronic processing, they can scan and email their civil docs.

Philippines is NOT included in the electronic processing so we have to mail our civil docs to NVC.

NO.

The AOS coversheet goes together with the AOS package.

The IV package will have it's OWN cover sheet AFTER you have paid the IV fee.

I think all countries will eventually have electronic processing, but right now Pakistan does not have it.

I have a friend who sent today her civil documents and AOS to cover sheet of AOS FEE, but she waiting for the approval of her ds-261.

Which countries are in list for electronic processing? (Is India in the list).

Called NVC today Bombay is also not Electronic Processing eligible and got Case#/Invoice_ID/Beneficiary_ID.

Online payment status is still not invoiced - will have to wait few weeks - getting there..
