I think if you have employment letter and no pay stubs that's okay. Vice versa. But because we have both of them, we just put them. For the itr and w2 ,did you file through turbo tax? You can just probably print them and sign them:) the signature is very important. Good luck and God bless your journey:)

I just got a checklist by e-mail.

First they were asking me to fill up the DS-260 form - what I've already done, even before they ask - and to submit the documents and also to fix some information of the AOS.

One question: Do I need to resend the docs of the IV package (they received it on Aug 22)?? Anyone who is on the same shoes can please give me some good news??

What's your checklist about? Is it for your AOS or IV?

I guess for both. It says that I need to fill that DS-260 form which they probably didn't notice I've already done. And for the AOS, they have it reviewed and they are asking to fix some information, this I know my husband has to resend all that papers again.

For IV checklist if ds260 is all they needed then thats the only thing you have to submit

For AOS just send the missing document that they needed if they told you, you have to correct something on i864 then all you have to send is the i864. No need to resend the whole package again.

And dont forget the new coversheet that they sent you via email

Just do the DS260 online. Since you got a checklist, they probably reviewed and entered all your civil docs in their system so no need to send them again. I know because same thing happened to me. Goodluck!

Leave at least 1 week before you start calling for your case # and Invoice ID. You can start doing that now since your approval was 30th August.

Guys, i sent out the below to NVC today. Wish me luck and no RFE/checklist.

AOS Documents sent to NVC

- AOS Bar coded cover sheet

- Completed and signed I-864 (x 2- Wife and Son)

- Copy of 1040 and W2 for 2012

- January- September, 2013 pay stubs

- Employment offer Letter

- Front and back of green card
