I think because USCIS is approving F2A cases in lightning speed, it causes NVC to slow down. Be more patient guys and gals. good.gif

That is painful:( I'm workinf with lawyer and he has not replied me about of that...he does tracking, or not tracking...:(

First I thought due to high volume of documents maybe, but I notice many people sent after me, and already in their system

You can call NVC directly. No need to depend all the time to your lawyer.

At this point we can just guess. Once you find out the tracking number - it'll be more clear. Hope you'll hear good news form NVC earlier than you get the tracking number from lawyer smile.png

Can somebody remind us all what the content of the AOS package will be so as to accurately give the right things to NVC and avoid RFE or whatever coming back.

Hope2014

Hi! I just paid the AOS fee too last night and I just mailed the AOS forms and documents awhile ago. I think if you are ready for your AOS documents send it already so that they'll be able to start reviewing it then just send the IV documents once the IV fee get invoiced and paid to save time:) rather than waiting for the IV fee to get invoiced and to send both AOS and IV documents together:)

Opppps my bad. Wasn't paying attention on what I was reading... So you still don't have the AOS documents... Hopefully we'll get our IV fees this week:)

Thanks. I am assuming recent 6months pay stubs can replace employment letter and can i send only W2 &/or irs e-file signature form since i don't have the irs transcript yet.

I am asking this because i am on my way offshore to work on the sea and when i go like that i go for at least 4weeks. So i want to see what i can send out before i go and won't be able to do anything for 1month.

What advise can you give?

Thanks

Jewel4life,

I think if you have employment letter and no pay stubs that's okay. Vice versa. But because we have both of them, we just put them. For the itr and w2 ,did you file through turbo tax? You can just probably print them and sign them:) the signature is very important. Good luck and God bless your journey:)
