I just spoke to the NVC - it is now officially 30 business days b/c of increased volume of work :'( - having said that he categorically told me I don't have to submit DS-260 since my IV was accepted prior to Sept 1.

Ah this wait is never ending! If it will take 30 business days then I don't think my wife will have her interview by November, now its looking more like December :'(

Hey,

I signed in with the case no and IIN but to my surprise they only put my son as the only beneficiary whereas I didn't actually file for my son but my wife and thinking my son will be a follow to join/beneficiary. Also its still showing not invoiced.

What can I don to have my wife on the list of beneficiaries?

Thanks for your reply.

Can someone help answer the above questions please?

ok, so she will still be listed later on even though not done now?

I called NVC just now and they said they have both of them on the system and when invoiced it should reflect both names. She stated it takes 3-5 business days.

Thanks

What was the order please? Did they send you an email stating you have invoice and to also fill out ds-261 before you went in to do so or you just went in with your case # and IIN without them asking you and you found invoice and ds-261 link?

Also how does ds-261 look like, is it like the usual ds-3032 filling out type or drop down or what?

Thank

Hey,

Does one have to pay for individual person or just case? From my understanding payment is per case unless you filed individually for your family.

they will send you a link once your AOS was invoiced and ready for payment, once paid, your beneficiary will receive an email to accomplished the ds261. or you and the beneficiary can check and sign in at CEAC website, in your portal there are listed items that needs to be accomplished, like DS261 Choice of Agent. its the same thing as DS 3032. will ask for biographic details, and there are two questions answerable by YES or NO.

Also listed in the portal is AOS - PAID

I already paid my AOS fee, and it shows its paid now but why can't I pay the IV fees? How long do I have to wait?

And for the sponsor is it okay if I send tax papers for all the past 3 years, or is it mandatory to do the IRS transcript?

I already paid my AOS fee, and it shows its paid now but why can't I pay the IV fees? How long do I have to wait?

And for the sponsor is it okay if I send tax papers for all the past 3 years, or is it mandatory to do the IRS transcript?

Good questions. In addition to that which of the tax transcript is best to order online, account or return transcript and for how many years is mandatory?

I read somewhere that one can call and asked for it to be faxed to one's fax #.
