I have few questions on AOS package so I appreciate if someone takes time and reply me.

1. My sponsor is providing last 6 months paystub so do I still need to provide employment letter ?

2. Does tax return for previous 2 years are enough or need to provide w2s with tax return ?

In filling up the ds 260, it asks if the applicant has ever been in the US?

It asks for "date arrived" in the last 5 US visits and requires me to fill up 3. What can I do since my daughter's been there just once and I can't just skip that part.

Help please.

You don't have to submit an employment letter as long as you have recent pay stubs. Actually, you can submit the recent ITR and w2. It's optional to submit 3 years of tax return. But I sent 3 years of my ITR and W2.

I got my case no just now and tried login in on ceac website but it gave me the message below:

Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error.

What does that indicate please? I guess they are still working on it.

Also they made a mistake on my email and i was asked to call back next week to rectify it. Hope that will not slow the process down?

The next step will be to fill Choice of Agent (DS-261) right?
