You guys double check and triple check all your AOS before sending them out you dont want to have checklist and wait for 4 weeks again okay?

I got approved on August 6 too the same day as urs but i called NVC today too my case is not there yet......... Hope fully tomorrow they will receive it!!!!! Man they are taking too long now .....

I don't know if it's ok to send DS3032 in pdf. You can send an email again to NVC using the format for DS3032 here in visa journey. For me, I sent 5 emails within two weeks and I received 5 emails of acceptance in different days. For me, the probability of acceptance is higher when you send your DS3032 through email and it's quicker too because NVC prefer this type of communication via email..

You can print your AOS cover sheet and send it along with your AOS package.
