hi everyone, I just want to ask, do we need to wait for our ds3032 to be accepted by the NVC before sending our AOS package?

You don't have to wait for ds3032 for AOS, you can send your AOS after paying your AOS invoice so you can print your coversheet. However, you have to wait for your ds3032 to be accepted before you send your IV package.
