Guys, I sent the choice of agent by email 4th of August but haven't heard back from NVC yet. how doe it usually take to review my email and give me the IV invoice?

10-20 business days to accept your Choice of Agent. Mine took 11 business days.

08/21/2013 - Case number and invoice number assigned

08/21/2013 - Sent DS3032 by email

08/23/2013 - Received AOS fee invoice by email. Paid AOS fee $88

08/23/2013 - Received IV fee invoice by email. Paid IV fee $230

08/26/2013 - AOS and IV Package sent to NVC

08/27/2013 - AOS & IV fee shows paid on the website payment.

I have some doubt here:

1) if i am sending two i 864 one from me and one from my cosponsor do i need to make one payment of $88 for Aos or i need to make two payments.

2) My Noa2 is received yesterday now how do i know if NVC received my file or not.Do they send any kind email or mail once they receive my file or i just call them and ask about my file.

3) if i receive Aos bill and IV bill together , can i send my Aos package and IV package together after making both payments or i have to wait till they approve my aos package and then send IV package.

Any suggestions would be appreciated i just want to get it done before visa bulletin retrogess.

1) Just make to do one payment.

2) You have to call to the NVC within 10 business days and ask them.

3) You can send it the two packets together with the cover sheet of each.

No you don't technically speaking.

Lets say you are the wife who never worked, had an arrainged marriage, so you don't have any income you never filed any taxes. So you will use your father or someone else with sufficient income as the joint sponsor to get the AOS obligations met, however, you still have to file a i-864 for yourself since you are the primary sponsor. Now lets say you did have some income but you didn't pay your taxes for the past X number of years 1, 2, 3 ,etc and the IRS knows about it b/c you were paid by payroll or something as long as you owe any taxes, you can't file your own i-864 until they are paid in full. In that case they will require you send them your transcript. If you don't owe any taxes - you just have to include in your cover sheet the reason why. For instance I am a medical student, so I wrote that since I'm a medical student and don't have an income thats why I didn't file.

try it nextweek., for sure they got ur casefile already by then ?

i called last night and the other representtive said it was Aug 7th..

so i just said ok., and didnt question about the earlier information said by one of them that it entered their building at August 5..

whatever the date., it's still a good news that it was in their building already..

ill call on monday., hoping and praying to have my case number already smile.png

April 22, 2013 - Receive the NOA1

July 29, 2013 - Approved NOA2 ( 82 working days)

July 30, 2013 - USCIS shipped my documents to NVC

Aug 5, 2013 - Arrived at NVC Building

Aug 13, 2013 - Got the NVC case # via PHONE

Aug 14, 2013 - Got the Invoice # via PHONE

Aug 15, 2013 - Send my DS-3032 via Email

Aug 16, 2013 - AOS Pay

Aug 17, 2013 - Got an email to print the COVER SHEET
