At last I've got my case number and invoice number!!! About sending Choice of Agent...

that's fast to get the case no. how i will know that the case it's already receive at NVC?

I was approved JULY 29, 2013 and next text said that they already send our documents at NVC July 30, 2013

I call today it said that i need to wait 8 weeks.. hope not.

July 29, 2013 - Approved NOA2 ( 82 working days)

July 30, 2013 - USCIS shipped my documents to NVC

Aug 5, 2013 - Arrived at NVC Building

Aug 13, 2013 - Got the NVC case # via PHONE

Aug 14, 2013 - Got the Invoice # via PHONE

Hi Shiela-Todd. NVC doesn't usually take so long to receive your case and give you the case number. It only takes between 2 and 3 weeks, so you should call NVC by next Monday (2 weeks after your I-130 was approved). Although they keep saying it takes 8 weeks, it doesn't usually happen. You can see more timelines examples in this forum. Best wishes!!

Yes, you need Cover Sheet to send AOS package. You should be able to print it once you pay.

It means they are now processing your invoice maybe by monday you can pay it. That happened to me when I was waiting for my invoice too.smile.png

Yes, you can send your documents once appropriate bills or fees were paid. In regards with case complete notification, I believe that NVC will send you an email if your case is complete or you can always call to ask for an update.

Actually i called nvc several times but they always put my call on hold and said operators are busy!! Usually I hangup after 10 mint :( same case with my emails no reply :(

Yap. In case they haven't received it yet, just keep calling everyday. Sometimes it can take 3 weeks for your case to arrive, and 1 or 2 weeks more for your case number.

Always try to call early in the morning, at 7 am. It's the best time 'cause the lines are not too bussy.
