Did you also ask for your invoice number? You need both numbers to pay your AOS fee bill for Affidavit of Support.

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)

can you tell me What I need to do for ask for my number case to the NVC? rolleyes.gif

Hi Mily7, you should ask NVC your case number and invoice identification number. Make sure you give petitioner and beneficiaries emails to them when they tell you your case and invoice number.

You need to have your USCIS receipt number, names and DOB of petitioner and beneficiary when you call NVC.

Once you have case and invoice number, you can login to payment portal: https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/Signon.aspx?node=Signin

And wait for invoice to be generated smile.png

Javeria - call NVC everyday to ask if they assigned your case number. Once the case number is assigned then ask for invoice number. You need these numbers to pay your AOS bill fee online. Once the AOS fee is generated, pay the ($88) bill and print out the barcoded cover sheet, Once it says paid online, usually take a day or two to show up paid - send your affidavit of support documents and don't forget to include the barcoded cover sheet . Also, don't forget to send your DS3032 to NVC, you can email it to them ( just search DS3032 email template on search box). You can send your DS3032 anytime after you got your case number. Once NVC accepted your DS3032 ( choice of agent), they will generate your IV fee bill for visa application and once it says paid online print out the barcoded cover sheet and include it to your DS230 form along with the supporting documents listed on the NVC website such as civil documents. Once NVC received your DS230, you have to wait until they will complete your case. Hope this will help you a bit.

For the IV Package,

Can someone clarify if a marriage certificate of the Petitioner is required if she is petitioning her minor unmariied child?

On the NVC website,it's not clear as to who should submit a marriage certificate? The petititoner or beneficiary? Since my sister is not married, this does not apply to her, right?

Thnx jhunjhun it means I should send my documents to them so that they get my complete file!!

Yes, you can send your documents once appropriate bills or fees were paid. In regards with case complete notification, I believe that NVC will send you an email if your case is complete or you can always call to ask for an update.
