guys I have question. I am the petitionar and I am filing for my spouse..but my income is below poverty guidelines. So I include my parents(mom and dad both) income. My dad is US citizen and my mom has green green card(LPR). They are staying with me right now.My question is what I need to put on I-864a in item no. 8. Relationship to the sponser. a,b,or c? I am so confused.

You are the sponsor and neither of your parents is intending immigrant, so on each i864a form check C Parent.

Check your mailing service - you can track them be it USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS all have tracking numbers

Done with NVC! How will I know if they accepted the AOS package sent by my husband?

Hi everyone, NVC got my case number July 29th but still do not have my case numbercrying.gif . can anyone please briefly explain to me what am I going to do after getting my case number? I really appreciate that.
