IV Package Submitted today!

Lets hope everything goes smoothly.

The only issue is the DS-230 form looks like my wife didn't send me the original one, she might have sent me 2 photocopies of it instead of the original and the photocopy. The ink of the signature looks like photocopy but then again over there the quality of paper, printer, and pens are also not the same as here.

Keeping my fingers crossed!

Tell me about it LOL - I'm hopefully going to submit the IV package today, if the payment goes through that is!!!

But the real eternity would be if they put you through AP after the interview :'(

Can anyone please suggest me what is the next step I have to take after paying AOS fees which is $88? Do I need to send I-864 once I pay AOS fee or I have to wait for further instructions?

when you pay the AOS fee don't have to wait for the status to change to paid as long as the money cleared you bank account.

Don't wait for further instructions from NVC print your cover sheet and send it along with your AOS package. Take a look at my signature.

Good luck!

Can the AOS be sent even if there's no confirmation that they received the DS-3032?

Yes that's Correct! As long as you can print the cover sheet for the AOS package you can send out you package.AOS package has no relation to DS3032 to be accepted but IV package Does.

Good Luck!

I wish we could more closely track the progress, I know they have multiple reviews that they do and different stages before they approve.

Even after they approve, you get notified of your appointment the 2nd week of the Month preceding your interview month.

Ah the endless wait ...................................................

Anyone who got case complete recently? happy.png

Hi!

For those of you who have their DS-3032 "accepted" by the NVC, when you say "accepted" does it mean that you have received a confirmation email from NVC that it was accepted? Is it a different email from the AUTO RESPONSE that you are receiving once you send an email to the NVC?

Kindly confirm.

Many thanks.

The AUTO RESPONSE just tells you that they received it and it is now in their que to be processed.

Once they accept it, they accepted mine on July 23, I submitted it on July 9, they will send an email which will read like this:

Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: XXXXXXXXXXXXX filed by XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX on behalf of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

We received the e-mail designating an address and agent. Instructions for paying the immigrant visa application processing fee and all future correspondence will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the DS-3032.

For more information regarding the immigrant visa application fee or for answers to frequently asked questions, please visit the following website:

http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3904.html

IMPORTANT:

Do not let more than one year pass without contacting the NVC concerning this visa petition. If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact (by telephone, mail, or e-mail) with the NVC, all submitted fees and documents expire. If this occurs, the fees must be paid again and documents must be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.

Hi Friends,

I have the following questions as my F2A petition is with NVC now. I need to call them for NVC #. Here are my questions:

1) Do I need to ask the NVC operator for Invoice Identification Number & Beneficiary Identification Number ?

2) What is MNL Case Number ? Is it same as Beneficiary Identification Number?

I really appreciate if someone can answer my questions. Thanks in Advance.

USCIS:

Priority Date 03/13/2012.
07/11/2013-- NOA2 Via email.

NVC:

I need help again please.

I am confused with the instructions on which form to use in the AOS.

All three of the following are true:

  • You filed a Form I-130 petition, for your relative
  • There is only one applicant on the Form I-130 petition, and
  • All your qualifying income comes from a salary or pension and shows on one or more W-2 Forms that you receive

My husband filed only 2 W-2 forms for 2011 and 2012.

And included in the form I-130 are me (principal applicant) and I have 2 children. So which AOS form should we use?

Is it I-864EZ or i_864?

Can anybody help?
