Why don't you begin by reading the instructions to form i-864. Its one the same website where the i-864 form is downloaded from. Read all of it, it has a lot of information in it that clearifies most of your questions.

what if I add my parents income with mine and reach above poverty guidelines? or my parents also meet the same criteria as I? Should they have also meet the poverty guidelines? or is it okay if I send it together? If I use my assets (bank balance etc) what should be the requirement for that? how much balance we have to show? if it is enough balance, do I still need another sponsor? Please help me.

Just curious, did you receive your DS-3032 approval email on a Saterday? I thought they don't work on the weekends.

I got mine approved yesterday, I'm waiting for the IV invoice bill to come through now.

110% sure, confirmed with the NVC staff, and also confirmed because it worked for me as well.

I just paid the IV fee, now waiting for it to get process, hopefully by Friday I will send out the IV package!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When did you receive mail your DS-3032 Shabbera? Your timeline is a bit confusing. I sent mine last Saturday but I don't have any respones yet. Even my AOS bill remains "In-Process."

I used the VJ template of the DS-3032 and it was accepted by NVC. Didn't have issues with it. You can refer to my signature.

If you have doubts, wait for them to email you the DS-3032 form. Print it, sign it, and mail it to NVC. You can use FedEx, DHL or UPS.

As the beneficiary, it's your decision really.

AOS fee is $88.

Immigrant Visa fee is $230.

Looks like its taking roughly 3 weeks for them to process the AOS and IV. Both are done independently.

I sent my AOS last week, they received it this Monday. I will send the IV prob on Friday.

Agree. It's been 2,5 weeks since my AOS was delivered to NVC, so I'm hoping to hear something soon.

Can't wait to send IV.

Tell me about it LOL - I'm hopefully going to submit the IV package today, if the payment goes through that is!!!

But the real eternity would be if they put you through AP after the interview :'(
