You mean 2013.

I sent mine July 4, 2013. The wait is stressing me out. dry.png

Though I hope all cases will be processed fast, I think we can not get IL in 6 months. The visa bulletin may go backward like 2011. There are a lot of people with completed cases with PD in early and mid 2011 not receiving IL yet. Stressing out here too.

oh yes, 2013.

Yes, I know PD will move back. I just want to finish the NVC stage so I can have some peace of mind while waiting for my PD to eventually become current.

Don't worry! You should get acceptance by the end of the week. We sent ours just 2 days before you. Btw, I don't think second email to supervisor really triggered the reply. I feel it's just a coincidence. People loose their patience and send second letter just before they get reply on their first one. Well, just thoughts.

As my guess, NVC must finish cases from early and mid 2011, wait for cases in end 2011 coming from USCIS, and finish them before moving to our cases in 2012 and on. Long wait and I am so tired of that.

They say that they process mail, emails, calls :) as they receive them. First come, first serve. Looks pretty much true.

I'm kind of new to this NVC process so I have a couple of questions, I'm a bit confused. When you say AoS bill, do you mean the i-864 bill? Because from what I understand, you have to pay the IV DS-230 bill and an i-864 bill.

One more thing, (disregarding the fact that F2A will be Current for August) does one have to wait for their PD to be current for NVC to complete the case or can they complete it before the PD becomes current?

If NVC can complete the case before the PD is current, does that mean that once it is complete you only wait for your PD to become current to move on to the Consular process?

As far as I know:

AOS bill = i864 bill = $88

IV ds230 bill = $230

Normally before the visa bulletin reaches your PD 6 months, NVC will contact you for the documents and payment. As soon as you submit all the required documnets and pay all the bills, your case will be completed.

Once your case is completed, you just wait for interview letter. However, for some reasons, you are not scheduled interview day within 6 months, you must contact NVC to ask. Otherwise, your document will be out of date and you may have to pay the fee again.

Actually, even though I emailed the DS-3032 thrice (July 3, July 11 and July 18), NVC replied and accepted the first DS-3032 that I sent.

Congrats to all of you who got their NOA2, who are getting them in the nearest future, and whose interviews have been scheduled already. It's exciting that F2A will become current for the next couple of months. The loved ones can rejoin faster. I hope you all hear great news soon, and the rest of your visa journey will bring more pleasant surprises, (as this August visa bulletin did).

My hubby and I are in the beginning of our rejoining process. And having read all the information you shared so generously I feel so grateful to you, because all your stories give a clear vision and fulfilling perspective. Thank you and be blessed.

I just received my DS-3032 and IIN after NVC received my case last July 8. .

Seems like some of us are having problems with their DS-3032.

Can anybody please post a correct sample of the already filled up form?
