When are they going to send the IV fee invoice? I already sent DS3032 via email last July 4 and again on July 11. All I got is an auto response.

FOLLOW THIS INSTRUCTION .U'LL GET RESULT , I GOT TOO.

.

.

It's been more than a week or two since I sent the DS-3032 and haven't heard back. What should I do?

It's been suggested (and has worked successfully with a few members) if you send a second DS-3032 email. It'll be exactly the same as the first email (for the body), except with a different subject line. Put this as your new subject line (changing the case number and name to reflect your case):

Supervisor Review - NVC Case # MTL2012XXXXXX - BENEFICIARY'S FULL NAME - Second Time Sending

Members have gotten responses (aka DS-3032 acceptance) within a few hours (depending when it was sent)!

My F2A journey:

USCIS:

Sep 2011: I-130 sent

Sep 2011: Priority date

24 May 2013: NOA2(after 606 days: 20 months)

NVC:

31 May 2013: enter into NVC Building,

10 Jun 2013: Case number received,

12 Jun 2013: DS-3032 sent Via E-Mail,

15 Jun 2013: AOS bill received and paid,

22 Jun 2013: DS-3032 accepted,

25 Jun 2013: IV bill received and paid,

11 July 2013: IV & AOS package sent,

7 AUG 2013: IV accepted

7 AUG 2013: checklist for AOS Packages

14 AUG 2013: responding to AOS checklist

12 SEP 2013: Case completed,(after 105 days)

19 SEP 2013 : receive e-mail notification about case completion,

3 OCT 2013 : getting interview letter

30 NOV 2013 : interview day ...

You should hear something soon. If I remember correctly, it took about two weeks for the NVC to accept my DS-3032, but once they did, we received the IV bill within a day or so.

I am such an idiot - I should have looked at my own signature before posting. :) Ten days for DS-3032 acceptance, three days for the IV bill to appear. Apple, you are definitely close!

Hi All,

I am new to this forum. My wife's I-130 F2A visa petition got approved last week on July 11th 2013. I guess the NVC process will start very soon. Can anyone please answer my below questions. Thanks in advance. Your help is greatly appreciated.

1) When Should I call NVC for case#? Do I get a mail from NVC after they assign a case# ?

2) When should my Wife email DS 3032 to NVC? I saw DS 3032 header has " Place bar code strip here before mailing to the National visa center" . Does NVC mail bar code strip to me?

3) For getting Police clearance certificate from my country ( India) what NVC letter should I provide as evidence to authorities?

Thanks,

Skk

Congratulations on your approval! You can start calling the NVC and asking for your case number and invoice identification number right away. When you receive them, don't forget to give both your and your wife's email addresses to the operator.

Your wife can email the DS-3032 as soon as you have the NVC case number. Use VJ's email template from the first post on http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/439000-nvc-filers-july-2013/ . She does not need the bar code.

The NVC will eventually email the AOS invoice and the DS-3032 to you, but you can speed up the process and save a few weeks by getting the case number over the phone and emailing the choice of agent immediately.

I hope someone from India will come along to help you with the PCC issue.

I don't know if the instructions are still valid. But you really do not need the barcode for this one - lots of people here, myself included, have sent the DS-3032 email template, without barcode and without any issues getting it accepted.
