waiting for AoS & IV bill..

How long does it take? 5-7 days?!

You are right 5-7 days for AoS bill. However, they have to accept DS-3230 before IV bill is generated. After DS-3230 is accepted, it usually takes just several days for IV bill to come up.

04/08/2012: i130 sent

04/09/2012: NOA1

NOA1 hard copy: never received due to address error

06/12/2013: NOA2

06/17/2013: NOA2 hard copy

06/17/2013: NVC received our case

06/28/2013: Case number assigned

07/01/2013: Sent DS3032 via email

07/03/2013: Recieved i864/DS3032

07/03/2013: Payed i864 bill

07/06/2013: Sent i864 package

07/08/2013: i864 package delivered

07/16/2013: Sent DS3032 via email second time (supervisor review)

07/17/2013: Rejected DS3032. We did a typo!!! Sent correct DS3032.

07/29/2013: Checklist for AOS

08/01/2013: DS3032 accepted

08/02/2013: Sent response to AOS checklist

08/02/2013: IV fee paid, IV package sent

08/05/2013: NVC received reply to AOS checklist and IV package

so as i have an attorney assigned, then both AoS and IV should be issued together after 5-7 days.. is it correct?

2 Questions - does the DS-3032 approval and subsequent IV fee payment depend upon when your AOS gets approved? The reason I'm asking is I paid the AOS fee but my joint sponsor is taking some time in getting his records so I might not be able to submit that as fast as I wanted to. Will that hold up the DS3032 acceptance or are they both independent.

Second question - I am trying to prepare for the interview eventually, I have saved our email correspondence into pdf files, but how to save the chat correspondence? All the chat we did on Facebook, Yahoo, Gchat, etc. don't have a way to print it all out at once. Would it suffice if we gave them our username and passwords for them to verify it is all there, we can print some sample conversations out just to show them as well?

hmmm... it is very strange

if your payment didn't go trough NVC's payment authorization system immediately after payment but happened only after several weeks - probably you going to get clearing their system - may be it for good??? you gonna get THE news very soon.

Alternatively, I would call NVC - just to make sure everything under control
