Can't print the AOS cover sheet! girlwerewolf2xn.gif

I called NVC and asked them to send it via email but they said it MAY take 3-5 business days for the cover sheet to be sent. huh2.gif

This is killing me. Our AOS docs are already prepared. mad.gif

waiitt waiiitt, in question #31a, we do should put our spouse name rite?? but do we need to send IV form under my husband name?? im totally confused! headbonk.gif

actually you don't need to put your husband name there, as i know your husband is petitioner and he's already in US . so he is not going to follow you later and not accompany you to US . son you have to leave this question blank i think .

My F2A journey:

USCIS:

Sep 2011: I-130 sent

Sep 2011: Priority date

24 May 2013: NOA2(after 606 days: 20 months)

12 Jun 2013: DS-3032 sent Via E-Mail,

15 Jun 2013: AOS bill received and paid,

22 Jun 2013: DS-3032 accepted,

25 Jun 2013: IV bill received and paid,

11 July 2013: IV & AOS package sent,

7 AUG 2013: IV accepted

7 AUG 2013: checklist for AOS Packages

14 AUG 2013: responding to AOS checklist

12 SEP 2013: Case completed,(after 105 days)

19 SEP 2013 : receive e-mail notification about case completion,

My husband did the same thing, because I am planing to come to USA together with him. If a problem arises because of that I will try to explain that this is for support and I don't need any immigration processing for myself.

31a. Persons named in 14 and 29 who will accompany you to the United States now.

Answer should be NONE because your husband is not applying for a visa (He is the petitioner). On 31b, answer is NONE as well.

no no I haven't got checklist yet for my IV. only got checklist for I-864 my husband. but I found that I misunderstood the question #31a. I shouldn't put my husband name. I called nvc, they advice me just to wait until NVC completely review it. but that's mean I hv to wait for much longer time. ClockWatch2.gif

but if I send the correct one, im afraid nothing will happen in future. oooohh super confused! ranting33va.gif

Thank you n4th4ly4 for the explanation! I'm now worried if my husband should redo his DS230 or leave it as it is.

Anyways, good luck in this review process! Hopefully they will understand our confusion and everything will be OK.

Does it take longer if you hand fill the forms like the I-864 or the DS230? As compared to filling them out in the computer? The problem is that the fields are sometimes too short, and sometimes like in my wife's address there is a '#' but the form does not accept that character. I have been told that if any slight deviation in spelling or anything can cause a massive delay so I am just trying to avoid that and give as accurate and as consistent information as possible!

Please advise!

For the DS-230, I attached a separate sheet, referenced the particular numbers from the application and included the mailing addresses. The DS-230 form instructions actually state that you can do that. My AoS and IV packages were approved without any checklists on the issue.
