Oh Ok - the only concern I have is they haven't confirmed if they received it or not. I mean I got the automatic message back when I had sent the email to the NVCInquiry email address, but apart from that even when I called them they said they can't tell until probably mid-next week.

The other question I had was should I go ahead and send in the civil documents they need now or should I wait until the D-3032 is accepted and they process the IV fees?

Thanks

If you received the automatic reply, you should be OK for now. It will take the NVC a couple of weeks to get to your email, and thereafter they will tell you whether your choice of agent was accepted or not.

Do NOT send your IV package until you have paid the IV fee. You need to print a cover sheet from the payment portal and attach it to your package, and the cover sheet is only available once you have paid the bill.

Maybe you can review posts 1 and 2 in Saylin's thread again? They explain everything you need to know and also what to do if you have not had a reply to your DS-3032 email after two weeks.

How long is it taking on average after they complete the case for them to schedule the interview - I think completing the case might take a month, then few days to transfer to the embassy, then how long after that?

It really depends on the embassy (and whether your PD is still current, of course). I just received an interview appointment today, nine days after case complete, but there are many people here who have waited much longer.

Good luck!

Did you also give petitioner and beneficiary's email addresses to the operator? Keep checking your email and the payment portal, you might receive the invoices within a few weeks. Keep us updated when you do.

BTW i asked her that i have an attorney assigned to my case, so should i send DS-3032?

and she answered that you do not need to do any thing with choice of address and agent..

That's correct, your attorney is automatically your agent.

Well as of August 1st, my PD will be current as will everyone else's PD - My PD is April 03, 2012.

My AOS fee just got accepted - its paid now - but for the past 3 days or so people have been complaining that they can't print the document cover sheet, and now I am one more additional complainant :(

That's what I am also experiencing today.... 'system error' everytime I try to print or email the cover sheet unsure.png

Just a guess, maybe we still need to wait until the payment shows 'Paid' or if they accept the bill already?????.....

Try calling the NVC, the operator might be able to send the cover sheet to you by email.

u have to call NVC if u have an application error to print cover sheet. Once it says its Paid u can print and if u cant then follow upper line.

Its a common problem.

Good Luck

Received DS-3032 and AOS fee invoice today. Paid it immediately. dancin5hr.gif

How did you receive you DS 3032 and AOS fee invoice? is it by email?

I husband called NVC inquiring about my case number and they gave him one. But didn't give any further instructions on the next step. I also received a reply regarding my case number inquiry and they gave me my case number. But no further instructions.

What steps do I expect to do next? What should i wait for?
