Yesterday our lawyer pays $ 88 and $ 230 and it filled the AOS and my DS230.
In the site https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx
it gives me PAYMENT STATUS: IN PROCESS

My question please is in which website we can know that our AOS or our DS230 are accepted?? ?

Thank you in advance

I sent you PM in your box.

I saw it, but then I saw that your question was already answered in another thread. That's better anyway, I hesitate giving people advice via PM since my answers would not be reviewed by others and no one would be able to correct me if I were wrong. I would hate to delay or ruin someone's immigration journey by accidentally giving them wrong advice.

Good luck, I hope your AOS package will be accepted quickly.

Unfortunately you cannot check your case status online. You will have to call the NVC and ask. Did your lawyer send the packages already? You can start calling a couple of days after the NVC has received the packages, and then keep calling regularly until you have a case complete.

Go home when you already have the I/L. A member of our Philippine facebook group waited 3 months after case completion before they were given I/L, their PD was already past due then, delay on their part in submitting AOS/civil documents. So its not a guarantee that once case complete, you'll automatically get I/L. I noticed it takes time for NVC to squeeze people in (whose PD is past due) with those whose PD just became current.

You can do the medical exam once you have received your I/L. The medical exam has to be completed, at most, a week before the interview date.

You don't have to wait for it to show paid, you can send your AOS package straight away smile.png.

You can send the packages now. Has your husband checked if the money has been debited from his account?
