We sent IV Package on May 28.

According to Postal Service information it was delivered to NVC on May 30.

Now I call NVC every day and ask about whether they received the package, but they keep saying that they haven't.

I am so worried, there are originals of the documents in that package!

Guys, please help, what can I do in this situation? Just wait? Is there any way to make NVC look for our documents to make sure they haven't been lost?

I would give it a couple of more days. I read in Saylin's thread that the operators can only see that a package has been received once it is being reviewed. It seems to take the NVC about two weeks to review IV packages, so you might hear something tomorrow or on Friday.

My F2A/IR-1 journey:

USCIS:
4 August 2011: I-130 sent (while husband permanent resident)
8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

7 May 2013: Case number received, DS-3032 sent

15 May 2013: AOS bill received and paid

16 May 2013: AOS package sent

17 May 2013: DS-3032 accepted

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!

21 September 2013: POE

18 November 2013: Green card received

My husband's citizenship journey:

8 February 2013: N-400 sent
4 March 2013: Biometrics
24 April 2013: Interview
12 June 2013: Oath ceremony

Wow, that was fast! Maybe the NVC saw that your PD will be current next month and they are trying to expedite you?

If you see both bills in the payment portal, you can just go ahead and pay them and then send both packages.

yess Athena, I can see clearly both invoice. but when I try to pay them both, it say, they cannot process payment together, still we hv to pay aos 1st.

but today we got an email from NVCAttorney@state.gov mention that our lawyer hv to continue the process. my husband sent a letter to nvc stating that we fired our lawyer, (actually we never use any lawyer, we just need help from them to fill out our I-130.) . maybe we just wait until nvc response first than we can pay our bills.

Do you mean that you can pay one of the invoices or neither? If you cannot pay either one, maybe you do need to wait until the NVC has processed your email on the attorney issue.

Thank you, Athena!

I will wait and keep praying, and calling NVC from time to time.

I already recoglize voices of some operators at NVC lol))

09/09/2009 met and had been happily dating for almost a year when my husband (bf at that time) won in a green card lottery. By that time he divorced from his ex-wife, and I graduated from the university and had obligatory job placement in Belarus for 2 years on.
11/19/2010 got married. In about a month he left for the US and applied for family reunification.

how do I know that they have rcvd my COA? if my IV bill already been invoiced now?

I suspect you received the IV bill because the NVC thinks that you are using a lawyer. COA is not needed when a lawyer is involved as the lawyer is automatically serving as your agent. I don't think your COA has been reviewed yet, but you *should* (not everyone does) receive an email when it has been accepted.
