where did you get old I-864 form? i am not saying about I-864 Z form. i am thinking whether i should send I-864 with old form. I am not sure, when they gonna get the instruction about new form. thx

We used the old I-864EZ, which was available on the NVC website in April when we started filling out the forms.

NVC has received my case on may 29th. just 8days from NOA2. that's good start. now just wait couple more days to have our case number. soo exciting...

btw, I asked the lady on d phone, which form should I use to submit AOS, new or old form? she said I should use the new form. so I think guys.. the nvc already start to review new AOS Form.

Sorry, I am on vacation with my husband at the moment and I don't have access to the form from here. If I remember correctly, it might even have been in 2012.

Megha, as your case is completed this May and also your PD is current, you can expect to receive your interview letter within 4 to 6 weeks of your case completion date. If you are lucky, you will get your interview scheduled this July. I think this depends on Mumbai US consulate.

about DS-230 question #32: ten years of employment. should I just write like i was wrote in my G-325a? do they going to match it between G-325a and ds-230? coz some of it I forget already.
