thanks

I submitted AOS and IV on apr 29 and may 2 respectively. But the thing is I got checklist for both on 12th business day and I have to resubmit. After resubmission it took 8 business days. BTY I just got the emails for checklist but not for the case complete. I was calling NVC like everyday and today I was told that my IV and AOS have been accepted.

When did you submit yours?

Yes im completed, but i made a mistake of sending my co sponsor affidavit now before i knew my case was completed, so even though im completed i wont received Interview letter until they review that AOS.

congratulation MOURAD

our lawyer send a message to my wife:

And from you Ms. we need your taxes return for 2012,2011,2010 along with your W2 forms for that year. ***** if you make less then $19,000 a year you will need a Co_sponsor who must also bring 3 years of Taxes and proof of citizenship.

My wife has been for 2 years in USA and she makes less than 19 000$,

so should we send her taxes + taxes of the co-sponsor or only those of co-sponsor?

Oh! so why did you put the co-sponsor anyway? If your AOS was approved then you must have meet the Poverty level guidelines. I'm curious now. Does NVC approve AOS even if it doesn't meet the guidelines??

Which affidavit form did you sent anthena? The new one or old one?

My husband sent the old version of I-864EZ. I hadn't even realised that there is a new form available until I checked the NVC website just now - luckily they state that old forms are still accepted.

8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

7 May 2013: Case number received, DS-3032 sent

15 May 2013: AOS bill received and paid

16 May 2013: AOS package sent

17 May 2013: DS-3032 accepted

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!

21 September 2013: POE

18 November 2013: Green card received

My husband's citizenship journey:

So when you sent in your AOS packet, you knew you would be below the poverty guidelines so you sent I. The I-864a co sponsor form at the same time?

Or did you send them in at different times, is this why you are delayed?

Also did you send in the old I-864 form and the old I-864a form?

Thanks!!
