our lawyer send a message to my wife:

And from you Ms. we need your taxes return for 2012,2011,2010 along with your W2 forms for that year. ***** if you make less then $19,000 a year you will need a Co_sponsor who must also bring 3 years of Taxes and proof of citizenship.

My wife has been for 2 years in USA and she makes less than 19 000$,

so should we send her taxes + taxes of the co-sponsor or only those of co-sponsor?

Thanks Athena and good luck on your case completion soon.

i have a quick question for about about the emailed DS3032,i see that the format for Petitioner's Name: <Petitioner's Name LAST FIRST MI>

starts with petitioner's last name then first name, should we refer to this format or make first name then last name.

thanks your replies are very welcome as alwayssmile.png
