When do you have to file 864-A?

Does both the sponsor and the person asking for them to sign the form have to be residing at the same address if blood related, such as siblings?

Can someone please tell me do you have to file tax for three years to be a sponsor . I have only worked one year and meet the guidelines is this ok?????

Have you heard anything back from NVC regarding your civil docs. Same thing happened to me last Thursday. We received an e-mail saying that they are still waiting for the civil docs, but I mailed them like 3 weeks ago. I called NVC and they told me not to worry about, but it's hard not to be concerned about this. I see that you're going through the same situation and wanted to know if you have any updates.

Have you called the NVC again after posting here? Did you mail the civil docs again? Would you please share your experience regarding this e-mail? Thanks a lot!

If you use EZ-one 1 year is OK, for the other forms not sure.

This waiting sucks, more especially when the NVC process for citizens is around 1 month....

My IV docs are in system from 18th Oct and I was expecting to get reviewed by 12th Nov, but it seems it will be longer...

1) Do I require to add bank letter showing current balance in checking account? You are not

2) I-864 I need to fill electronically and then print and do sign & date or I need to fill entire this form by simple ball pen? Anyhow it please you but i'm suggesting filling on computer and printing out will be fine. You can always save it and come back on your computer.

3) cover letter = AOS barcode sheet? No. Cover letter summarizes what the petition is all about and lists the documents you have in your envelope. Its not compulsory but it makes going through your document a lot easier for reviewer

4) I cant fill IV fees unless I submit AOS packet? No, until your DS-261 is accepted.

Hello guys I'm new here. I appreciate the information I have gotten so far here. My dad is a us citizen and he filing for green card for me. I just got my approval letter from the uscis service yesterday and I was approved way back in February. The case was started last year September. Can someone tell me what next to do? I haven't received anything from nvc? Is this normal? Because its been 9 months aleeady :( Please help. Thanks.

You are to submit original or certified copies from issuing authority and copies of the original or certified copies for each beneficiaries.
