My friend happened to me the same, and congratulations this means that your AOS is approved, called on Monday and maybe your case and is complete. this is as a reminder checlisk automatic.

So there is nothing to worry about?

Hey guys,

I got a checklist today saying that they want me to mail them the civil docs to begin DS-260 processing. I mailed all the civil docs the day after I submitted DS-260. I even called NVC to confirm and the lady told me they received it. So I'm kind of confused. I called NVC again just now, and they said not to pay attention to this checklist and to wait 30 business days for them to review. Has anyone else gone through this? Has anyone else received this type of checklist? What should I do?

Please advise.

I actually got the other case... the email attachment was a checklist:

The NVC has received the requested Immigrant Visa Application (DS-230). However, we are still
waiting for the Affidavit of Support form. Please submit the Affidavit of Support form according to the
instructions on the Department of State website at the following address:
www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov.
From there, you can fill out an Affidavit of Support form online, then print the completed form and mail
it to NVC.
When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this
letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar
code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the
address provided.
It seems the IV packet was processed and the AOS packet needs to be processed (I sent both 3 weeks ago)...

I also got the same email on Oct 16 then my case was completed the next day- Oct 17

So this e-mail definitely means that there is no issue at all? I don't wanna get my hopes up and then receive bad news. I'm still kind of worried since I called today to the NVC and they didn't confirm my AOS as being accepted. I hope my case gets completed after this e-mail like it happened to you guys.

My wife got so worried about the checklist e-mail that she made me call twice today. I'm pretty sure she's gonna make me call again tomorrow to find out what's going on. I hope to have good news by tomorrow evening

Try call it doesn't hurt since someone said he got case completion next day of the email and for everyone here to also ascertain that when such email is received, case completion is close by.

If your case is completed you can't no longer login on ceac website.

hi friends just an update did not receive my visa interviewing officer said what up support was not sufficient enough my wife have to get a new sponsor. I'm so frustrated don't know what to do I wish everyone the best of luck on their journey and God be with us all
